Role Overview
Responsible for leading the production and sales operations of gas turbine air filters for key customers across Saudi Arabia and the region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production planning, quality control, and delivery execution
Manage sales engineers, production supervisors, and assembly teams
Ensure compliance with customer-specific technical and quality standards
Drive commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a production manager, sales or technical engineer in gas turbine filter manufacturing
Engineering degree preferred
Strong understanding of GT filter specifications, testing protocols, and industry benchmarks
Proven leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and business unit operations
High School or Equivalent, Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree
