Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead ENDENA Secondment Services in the GCC region, with a primary focus on the construction and building sector.
  • Main focuses will be on Building and Real Estate developments in the GCC, including retail, high-end residential, hospitality, industrial and data centre projects.
  • In charge of the full BD process in the targeted markets for secondment services: Identification of potential clients, setting up of key meetings, identification of manpower needs and project resource gaps, proposal set up and negotiation with support of the Asia Business Director.
  • Build, develop and maintain a strong network of technical consultants and qualified profiles aligned with GCC market requirements.
  • Close coordination with ENDENA Consulting recruitment team for client sourcing strategy and interview process execution.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews and technical / functional assessments to ensure high quality deployment.
  • Coordinate candidate presentation, validation and follow-up with clients.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, consultant capabilities and delivery standards.
  • Develop the activities of TERAO core services in the GCC region, supporting cross-selling opportunities between sustainability consulting and secondment services
  • Bidding Management / Closely follow the process, gather documentation from different stakeholders with support of Regional Admin Staff. Respect deadlines.
  • Sales data input in various systems such as CRM and databases.
  • Support on BtoB Event organization and participation. Be active in several business associations.
  • Responsible for achieving secondment revenue targets in the GCC region.

Requirements

  • University/Business School degree in Business/Marketing, Engineers with sales/marketing experience.
  • Must be a French or European
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Business Development within the GCC region, with strong exposure to secondment, manpower-based services or consulting services within the Building sector.
  • Strong network across Building Sector technical stakeholders (Architects, Engineering companies, Project Management firms, Contractors), either as clients and/or prescribers.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and its key players, including major developers.
  • Experience working on projects related to retail, high-end residential and/or hospitality.
  • From the Building sector, working for technical companies selling services, consulting or manpower solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Key Account Management Concept with ability to develop and grow strategic accounts.
  • In control of the end-to-end Business Development process.
  • Based in the GCC region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia).
  • Proven experience in similar positions must be in control of > 80% of the tasks listed above.
  • Good level of English, both written/spoken.
  • Solid experience in the use of MS Office.
  • Familiar with CRM tools.
  • Autonomous, Organized, with good command of time & priority management.
  • Open-minded personality with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work within an international and multicultural team.
  • Willing to travel regularly.
  • Interest in the Sustainability and Building industry is a must.
