Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose cloud solutions based on customer requirements using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
- Analyse customer business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate cloud solutions
- Assist in solution design, configuration, and architecture by collaborating with internal technical teams
- Participate in technical qualification of sales opportunities by assessing customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and project scope
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations with customers
- Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions and support successful sales closures
- Act as the technical liaison between the Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring clear communication regarding solution design, implementation approach, timelines, and project scope
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including high-level solution architecture, deployment planning, effort estimation, and resource costing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution positioning and customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Years of experience - Mid level ( 5 to 7 years)
- Arabic speakers only
