Role Overview

As a GenAI Lead, you will provide end‑to‑end technical leadership for Generative AI initiatives within Edge Services. You will advise clients, define GenAI strategies, lead solution design, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, ethical, and production‑ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GenAI strategies, use cases, feasibility, and value realization, contributing to product and solution roadmaps.
• Evaluate, recommend, and standardize GenAI models, platforms, and architectures for client problem statements.
• Lead the design, architecture, and prototyping of GenAI applications with strong user and business focus.
• Drive adoption of advanced techniques such as LLMs, NLP, RAG, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful integration and scalability.
• Define and oversee data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization practices.
• Guide teams on deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of GenAI solutions.
• Assess ethical, security, and regulatory risks associated with GenAI deployments and define mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring high technical quality and best practices.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution discussions, and client workshops with GenAI expertise.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve GenAI capabilities and offerings.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on and leadership experience in Generative AI and machine learning.
• Deep expertise in Python, with strong understanding of AI frameworks and GenAI services.
• Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, RAG, and large‑scale AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI system architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to clients and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and guiding high‑performing teams.
