- The incumbent has the responsibility of performing General Accounting transactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in accounting with FMCG company
- Bachelor's degree holder with specialization in finance and accounts
- SOCPA Certification
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong accounting knowledge
- IFRS Knowledge
- Good English Communication
Responsibilities:
- Review and post General Ledger entries, provision for risks and charges, journal entries for adjustments ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare finance reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and escalate any abnormalities if needed.
- Review and record some of the major Suppliers invoices, verification of prices and monthly reconciliation of suppliers accounts.
- Assist the department in monthly closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial reporting.
- Collection, processing and reporting of the company's monthly KPIs data.
