Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Heliopolis for a General Accountant. The General Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, including recording invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and financial forecasting. The role also involves processing payroll, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and developing reports for management to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience as general accountant from 3 to 6 years
  • Experience in Oddo system from 1 year
  • Experience in Financial operations
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing budgets
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel for financial data analysis
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance with financial regulations
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in business consultancy or HR services is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous
