General Accountant at the Accounts & Finance Department
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant (Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and a proven track record of success in a training company or similar educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Prior experience in a training company or educational organization strongly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
