Job Description

Company Description First Dental Center is a multi-branch dental group providing a wide range of services, including orthodontics (braces), clear aligners, veneers, pediatric dentistry, dental implants, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, and oral surgery. The centers are located across Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Maadi, Zamalek, and New Giza, serving diverse communities with accessible, high-quality oral care. Patients can book appointments easily in person or online, making dental care convenient and efficient. The team is committed to enhancing patients oral health and helping them maintain confident, healthy smiles.

Role Description The General and Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Zamalek. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth clinic workflows, consistent patient experience, and alignment with clinical and administrative standards. The manager leads and supervises staff, coordinates schedules, monitors performance, and addresses operational issues promptly. They develop and implement business growth strategies, including partnerships, referral programs, and patient retention initiatives, while analyzing performance metrics and financial reports. The role also includes managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with marketing teams to support local campaigns and brand presence. Also one of the main job is to scale the buisness to an agree target with KPI om=nce the target is reached.

Qualifications

  • Operational and clinic management skills, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Business development and strategic planning abilities, such as identifying growth opportunities, managing partnerships, and driving revenue initiatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with dentists, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of dental or healthcare services, patient experience standards, and regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using office software, practice management tools, and reporting systems to track metrics and support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a service-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant managerial experience in healthcare or clinical settings is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Zamalek and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-location dental practice environment.
