Your Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on legal considerations related to business plans and operations.
• Oversee contract review, negotiation, and agreement management.
• Guide corporate governance, policy, and legal documentation processes.
• Identify legal risks and recommend proportionate steps for review or mitigation.
• Coordinate external counsel and manage specialist legal matters.
• Establish priorities for legal requests and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain discretion and clear records across sensitive matters.

Your Experience

Substantial professional experience in a legal function, law firm, or senior in-house role is preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, alongside a relevant legal background. Strong judgement, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills are important. Experience advising leadership and coordinating external legal advisers is valuable.

Working Style

This hybrid, part-time opportunity is based in the UAE, with flexible part-time hours arranged around business priorities and legal review needs. You'll work closely with leadership while managing focused legal matters independently.
