General Director of Education

Ibn Rushd Educational Holding Company is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary

General Director of Education to lead, manage, and enhance the academic and

educational operations across its schools.

The role is responsible for setting the overall educational strategy, ensuring

academic excellence, compliance with educational standards, and driving continuous

improvement across all educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and define the educational strategy and academic vision across all schools

- Oversee school leadership, academic teams, and educational performance

- Ensure full compliance with educational regulations, accreditation standards,

and internal policies

- Monitor academic quality, curriculum implementation, and learning outcomes

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and educational innovation

- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve institutional goals and growth plans

- Provide strategic guidance, performance oversight, and development for school leaders

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in senior educational leadership roles

- Strong strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities

- Proven experience managing multi-school or large-scale educational institutions

- In-depth knowledge of educational standards, quality assurance, and compliance

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
