Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman – Civil, Finishing & MEP to supervise and coordinate site activities across civil, finishing, and MEP works. The role will ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities covering civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce teams.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and daily work progress.
- Monitor quality of civil works, architectural finishes, and MEP installations.
- Coordinate interfaces between Civil, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review drawings and ensure proper execution on site.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report progress, challenges, and site requirements to the Construction Manager/Site Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices.
- Support project completion, snagging, and handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical qualification / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical discipline is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a General Foreman in building construction projects.
- Strong UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Experience managing civil works, finishing activities, and MEP coordination on large-scale projects.
