Job Description

Role Purpose

To oversee multiple foremen and construction teams on Infrastructure project sites, coordinating daily construction activities across several work fronts to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met

Key Accountabilities
  • Crew Coordination
    • Oversee multiple foremen and work crews; coordinate daily work allocation across work fronts.
    • Resolve resourcing conflicts between work fronts and escalate to the Site Supervisor as needed.
  • Quality & Safety Oversight
    • Monitor work quality across all supervised crews against drawings and specifications.
    • Enforce HSE requirements across all work fronts under supervision.
  • Programme & Resource Planning
    • Plan manpower, material, and equipment allocation across work fronts to meet programme milestones.
    • Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability of materials for all crews.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track productivity and progress of all supervised crews against the project programme.
    • Provide daily and weekly progress updates to the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer.
  • Foreman Development
    • Mentor and guide foremen in supervisory practices, quality standards, and HSE compliance.
    • Identify training needs among foremen and work crews and recommend development actions.
  • Innovation & Value Creation
    • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
    • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Technical diploma or trade certificate in a relevant civil/infrastructure discipline
  • Minimum 8–10 years of infrastructure site experience
  • 3+ years supervising multiple crews or work fronts concurrently
  • Sound knowledge of civil and infrastructure construction methods, materials, and installation practices
  • Working knowledge of UAE/GCC HSE regulations and site safety requirements
  • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and inspection/QA processes
  • Crew leadership and daily work allocation across multiple work fronts
  • Conflict resolution and resourcing coordination between crews
  • Clear verbal communication in a multicultural site environment
  • Accurate progress and manpower reporting
  • MS Office basics (Excel, Word) for daily reporting
  • Familiarity with site management or digital reporting tools used on Innovo projects
