About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead and manage all civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project. The role involves end-to-end supervision from planning and execution to quality control and safety compliance ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work quality and safety.
- Review blueprints and specifications to verify compliance with project design and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements.
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and report incidents as per company protocol.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance, materials, and progress reports.
- Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in hotel or high-rise projects.
- GCC experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong technical skills in interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
