Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Human Resources Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Specialist will be responsible for facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding employees, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Daily tasks may include creating job descriptions, managing employee benefits, assisting with performance reviews, addressing employee relations matters, and contributing to HR strategy initiatives.

Working Hours & Location:

The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are off.

The role is based at the company's office in Katameya Maadi Ring Road.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and managing employee records
• Experience with HR compliance, labor laws, and workplace policy development
• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role is beneficial
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
