Job Description:
- Review underwriting submissions, approve quotes, and manage portfolios across multiple insurance lines
- .Lead and mentor underwriting teams, allocate workloads, conduct training, and ensure quality control of quotations, policies, and documentation
- .Manage negotiations with insurers, support client meetings and renewals, and handle escalations
- .Oversee policy issuance and compliance with CBUAE regulations, analyse market trends, and support sales team
