General Maintenance (Carpenter Painter)

We're looking for a General Maintenance (Carpenter Painter) who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail to help us maintain the highest standards across our world-class facilities. As a Civil Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic and structural quality of our Club. From high-quality painting and wood restoration to civil maintenance works, your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the exceptional experience we deliver to our members and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out painting works including preparation, finishing, and decorative applications
• Perform wood restoration (sanding, polishing, varnishing, staining, carpentry repairs)
• Execute civil maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, patching, and masonry
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently to minimize operational disruption
• Support renovation and refurbishment projects
• Maintain tools, materials, and ensure safe working practices
• Collaborate across departments to support daily operations

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• 3–5 years experience in a similar role (hospitality or residential preferred)
• Strong skills in painting, carpentry, and basic civil works
• Attention to detail with a passion for quality and finishing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
