Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and translate business goals into actionable plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to maximize performance and engagement
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications
15 years of experience in software and Tech industry
- Proven track record in general management, operations, or a related leadership role
- Strong financial literacy and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive results in a fast-paced environment
