Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
General Manager to lead our Software & Technology business operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing financial performance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. This role requires a strong background in the technology industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to scale operations and deliver sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plans.
- Lead and manage all business operations to ensure operational excellence and organizational efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across the Saudi market.
- Own the company's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's service portfolio.
- Oversee sales, delivery, operations, and customer success to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate governance, and company policies.
- Drive digital transformation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Report business performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and shareholders.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi National (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Software, Technology, or Digital Transformation industry.
- Minimum 7 years in senior leadership or General Management roles.
- Proven experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation services, and IT consulting.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead organizational change and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Experience leading technology consulting or software services organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi ICT market and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-site operations or regional business units.
- Proven experience scaling teams, processes, and business operations.
