General Manager and Head - Visual Merchandising

The job holder will be responsible for positioning Home Furnishing Value Segment in all markets to maximize sales and long-term profitability by creating an experiential customer journey, effective store layout design and the implementation of campaigns and initiatives. Managing all ID and Communication responsibilities. Also, Responsible for Maintaining consistent Visual experience across all stores in the Territory.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Planning & Store layouts - Drive an inspirational customer journey in-stores. Responsibility for the Store layouts , Zoning and visual impression
• Responsible for NEW and Refit stores - commercial store layout planning in collaboration with Architects and the store VM Territory teams
• Carry out trainings for VM teams in all territories to increase competence and build the next level leaders in the
• Responsible for creating a competence and development strategy for IDs and Visual Merchandiing at all levels.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience
• Advanced Knowledge of Apparel, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising and In-store
• Communication processes
• Should have been in a Senior level Management role for minimum 10 years
