Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time / Executive Role
We are looking for an experienced GM to lead a diversified automotive business group based in Qatar.
The group operates across three main areas:
- Vehicle Sales & Showroom Operations – new and pre-owned vehicle sales, showroom performance, inventory, listings, leads, and customer follow-up.
- Car Protection & Detailing Services – paint protection, thermal insulation, polishing, upholstery, dent repair, and premium vehicle care services.
- Car Rental & Fleet Operations – rental bookings, fleet utilization, maintenance coordination, pricing, contracts, and customer service.
The GM will directly manage all business units and will be responsible for growth, sales performance, operational improvement, financial control, team leadership, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience.
- Strong experience in the Qatar market.
- Automotive experience is preferred; strong multi-business leadership experience will also be considered.
- Ability to manage sales, operations, finance, teams, and business growth directly.
- Strong commercial mindset and practical leadership style.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Based in Qatar or with strong Qatar working experience.
