Eurostar Rent-A-Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is looking for an accomplished General Manager to spearhead our car rental business in the UAE. With a strong legacy in the market, Eurostar offers a diverse fleet of commercial and non-commercial vehicles, from short-term rentals to multi-year leasing, all maintained to the highest standards by our certified technicians. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead overall business operations, ensuring operational efficiency and strong commercial performance across all locations.
- Drive business development initiatives, secure key accounts, and build strategic partnerships to grow market share.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and KPI achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government entities, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards while enhancing customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years serving as a General Manager or equivalent executive leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience in the car rental, leasing, or mobility industry, with a strong understanding of the UAE market
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
