General Manager Construction (EPC & O&M) | Buildings & Infrastructure

A well-capitalised developer with a strong project pipeline and an ambitious growth programme is hiring a General Manager to lead one of its construction businesses.

The ambition is clear: to become one of the region's leading real estate players. The pipeline is live what we need now is an operator who can build it out at pace, on time, on budget, and to spec. Every time.

This isn't a caretaker role. We want a builder: someone who reads a P&L as fluently as a set of drawings, who treats schedule and cost variance as personal, and who already knows the right people and subcontractors to call to get a project across the line.

What you'll own

• Full P&L and commercial performance across the EPC and O&M portfolio buildings and infrastructure
• On-time, on-budget delivery, with disciplined cost, schedule, and risk control
• Bidding, margin, and contract strategy protecting the downside and winning the right work
• Client relationships and long-term account growth
• Building high-performing project teams and a dependable, vetted subcontractor base

What we're looking for

• 20+ years in construction, with a proven track record delivering building and infrastructure projects at scale and the numbers to prove on-time / on-budget performance
• Genuine commercial acumen you understand where margin is made and lost, and you manage to it
• Meticulous, detail-driven execution; nothing slips through unnoticed
• An established network of talented professionals and reliable subcontractors you can mobilise quickly
• Strong grounding across the full project lifecycle, from tender and design coordination through construction, handover, and O&M
