A modern and fast-growing F&B concept in Dubai combining health-conscious & vibrant customer experience.

Job Description::

• Lead the multi-site operations and commercial performance of all locations in Dubai
• Lead brand growth and expansion, including site evaluation, new-store openings, and development of scalable systems
• Take ownership of P&L, budgets, COGS, labor costs, wastage, operating expenses, and store productivity..
• Manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams, while building SOPs, reporting structures, supplier processes, and a strong performance culture

Qualifications:

• With 8+ years total F&B experience within café, QSR, beverage, hospitality or lifestyle food concepts. With that, 3 years must be in managerial role.
• Must have managed at least 4 Store Managers and multi-site operational teams.
• Must have done hands-on SOP development & implementation, operational standards, KPIs and scalable systems.
• Proven experience with new store openings, from operational planning/pre-opening through launch.
