About the Role:
Miral Experiences is seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager - UAE National to lead the operations of a globally recognized theme park located in the heart of the UAE. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of one of the most iconic leisure destinations in the region, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and drive the park's long-term vision and strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead commercial and operational initiatives to grow revenue, enhance market presence, and increase guest engagement.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, government bodies, and industry leaders to support growth and innovation.
- Stay ahead of global trends to ensure the attraction maintains a leading competitive edge.
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee daily operations across all guest touchpoints, including rides, retail, F&B, and entertainment.
- Optimize operational processes, workforce planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Enforce high standards in safety, compliance, and guest service.
- Lead financial planning, cost control, and full P&L management.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
- Champion initiatives for talent development and UAE National advancement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience & Innovation
- Enhance guest satisfaction through data-driven insights and elevated service standards.
- Launch innovative, immersive experiences to increase global appeal and repeat visitation.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and seamless guest journey at every touchpoint.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Executive leadership certifications are a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale theme parks, attractions, or entertainment operations.
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles within high-profile leisure or tourism entities.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis response capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols, operational excellence, and international tourism trends.
- Familiarity with the GCC market is strongly preferred.
