General Manager - Fitout - KSA

• Role: General Manager – Fitout & Contracting (GCC Major Projects)
• Location: Riyadh, KSA
• Package: SAR 60k to 70k per month

We are working with a diversified, well-capitalised GCC holdings group delivering flagship hospitality, healthcare, and real estate assets with long-term government-backed visibility.

We are searching for an accomplished General Manager to lead major interior fit-out operations across KSA and the wider GCC — including hospitality assets, high-rise towers, and mixed-use developments.

This role holds full P&L ownership and will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, senior project leadership, and key client relationships. The successful individual will ensure delivery, commercial performance, and strategic growth across multiple concurrent projects.

What we're looking for:

• 20–25+ years experience in fit-out/contracting
• Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (Postgrad/MBA is an advantage)
• Background in luxury hospitality, towers, and complex mixed-use assets
• Proven GM (or equivalent) running multi-site operations with P&L accountability
• Strong commercial management: budgeting, contracts, claims, reporting
• Excellent stakeholder & client-facing leadership
• Experience in business development and expanding key accounts
• Expertise across finishing trades, FF&E, and specialist interiors
• Willingness to travel across KSA/GCC as required
