General Manager GCC

Role Description The General Manager – GCC will oversee regional operations, including business planning, performance management, and coordination of key initiatives across GCC markets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial and operational metrics, guiding local teams, and aligning regional activities with overall company strategy. The role involves fostering relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, identifying growth opportunities, and managing risk and compliance. The General Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support decision-making, and ensure delivery of high-quality services. This is a part-time, remote role, requiring regular virtual meetings and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general management, regional leadership, or country management within GCC or similar markets.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight.
• Ability to analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management.
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial.
