General Manager – Luxury Beauty Distribution & Omnichannel Retail

An established luxury beauty distributor and omnichannel retailer, which is part of a leading regional group, is looking for a General Manager to lead its next phase of growth across the GCC.

The company operates with its own identity and entrepreneurial culture, while benefiting from the broader Group's scale, marketing reach, events capabilities, technology, digital expertise, data resources and operational support.

This creates an unusual opportunity: the autonomy to lead and grow a specialized beauty business, combined with the resources and backing of a larger regional organization.

The Opportunity

The business represents a curated portfolio of international prestige beauty brands across skincare, cosmetics, haircare and wellness, operating through a combination of:

• International brand distribution
• Wholesale and key accounts
• Physical retail
• E-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels

The General Manager will have broad responsibility for the overall business, including P&L, commercial growth, international brand partnerships, retail, e-commerce, GCC expansion, operations, inventory and organizational performance.

This is not simply a Retail GM or Commercial Director role.

We are looking for a true business leader who can grow the company, strengthen its portfolio and distribution network, expand into new markets and channels, and ensure that the entire organization delivers against its commercial and financial objectives.

What You Will Lead

• Own the full business P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and profitability.
• Develop and execute the business plan, annual budget, forecasts and growth priorities.
• Lead relationships with international beauty brand principals and strategic brand partners.
• Develop joint business plans covering sales, marketing, distribution, inventory and market development.
• Negotiate commercial terms, distribution agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Grow wholesale and key-account distribution across the GCC.
• Lead the company's physical retail and e-commerce performance.
• Improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty and omnichannel performance.
• Develop growth strategies for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other priority GCC markets.
• Identify and execute opportunities for new stores, distribution channels, brands and partnerships.
• Improve merchandising, demand planning, inventory productivity, stock availability and working capital.
• Lead performance across Commercial, Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and other functions.
• Use the broader Group's capabilities where they create value, while maintaining clear accountability for the performance of the business.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on speed, ownership, accountability and execution.

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in luxury or premium beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, luxury retail or closely related branded consumer businesses.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Significant senior leadership or General Management experience.
• Genuine ownership of a full business P&L, not only sales or commercial budgets.
• Strong experience across distribution/wholesale and direct-to-consumer retail.
• Experience managing international brand principals or global brand partnerships.
• Strong understanding of physical retail and e-commerce/omnichannel.
• Proven GCC experience, ideally including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
• Experience expanding retail, distribution, key-account or market networks.
• Ability to understand and lead across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and other business functions.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment.
• Ability to operate comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment while leveraging the resources of a larger Group.

We are looking for someone who combines commercial ambition with operational ownership.

Someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting close to the business, solving problems, making decisions quickly and ensuring execution.

The successful candidate should be able to work effectively with shareholders and senior Group leadership while retaining clear ownership of the company's performance.
