The business is growing faster than it is built. Volumes and revenue are climbing. The organization underneath, plant and commercial both, is young and not yet solid enough to hold the weight. That is the honest brief.

This is a B2B ingredients business with its own manufacturing in Egypt, selling into dairy and food manufacturers. So you carry foreign currency on both sides of the P&L. Imported inputs, spares and energy going in. Customers managing their own dollar cash going out. A pound that keeps drifting against it the whole time. Add plant utilization, yield and food-safety standards a serious owner will not let slip, and you have the actual job. If you have run a factory and a P&L through Egyptian FX and still grown both, you know exactly what this is. If you have only run one side, or only in hard-currency markets, this will surprise you.

You own the site and the P&L in full. Budget, EBITDA, margin, cash, and the plant that sits under all of it. You scale volume without letting margin, controls or quality slip. You build the organization up to a standard it does not currently hold. Commercially, you deepen the relationships with regional dairy and food manufacturers and open real ground across the export markets. With R&D you grow both the core range and the higher-value one beside it.

Now the part the client cares about most, so read it slowly. They are not looking for a loud operator with a good deck. They want a leader people have followed because of substance and integrity, not title. Someone the plant floor trusts and the commercial team argues with openly. Someone who builds room for people to grow, invites the disagreement instead of shutting it down, and improves the business alongside the team rather than over their heads. This gets tested hard in the process.

The P&L we can measure. What we are actually hiring for is harder. Whether, three years in, the plant runs better and the team you built is stronger than the one you inherited and still standing next to you. Everything else follows that.
