Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy and System Building: Assist the Group in formulating medium- and long-term market development plans and in building offline and online market systems.

2. Market Insight and Opportunity Planning: Organize market research and competitive analysis, promote the identification and planning of business opportunities across business lines, and manage early indicators of business growth.

3. Senior Management of Client Relationships: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with clients such as international oil companies, and provide timely support for client relationship building across business lines.

4. Building and Managing Strategic Channels: Promote the development of market partnerships and be responsible for building and managing top-tier strategic channels.

5. Brand and Major Event Leadership: Oversee the Group's planning, resource integration, and high-level cooperation at top global industry exhibitions (such as ADIPEC).

6. Empowering the Market Client System: Support the market client work of each unit and help them achieve their annual market client work goals.

7. Team Management: Lead the market client team, regularly review work performance, optimize workflows, and ensure the achievement of annual departmental work goals.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

(1) Over 10 years of experience in market customer and government relations within the oil and gas or energy industry.

(2) Strong experience in customer engagement planning, business communication, and reception.

(3) Understanding of the organizational structure, decision-making processes, and cultural characteristics of oil and gas industry clients (especially IOCs and NOCs).

3. Core Skills:

(1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

(2) Excellent organizational management and coordination skills, enabling efficient organization of internal and external resources.

(3) Keen business acumen, enabling the understanding of complex business needs and strategic objectives.

4. Preferred Qualifications:

(1) Extensive network of contacts within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the IOC and NOC sectors.

(2) Experience in similar positions within multinational energy companies. 5. Personal Qualities: Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; proactive and results-oriented.
