Role: General Manager / Head of Operations

About Us

Majentik is a fast-growing mobile accessories brand with an ambitious expansion plan across wholesale & distribution networks in Egypt.

We are looking for a strong General Manager / Head of Operations to take full ownership of our day-to-day operations and build scalable systems for our next growth phase.

• Lead and coordinate Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Inventory, and Retail Operations.
• Build scalable systems, SOPs, and processes to reduce reliance on founder management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance targets, and accountability metrics across all departments.
• Drive wholesale & distribution expansion while improving sales team productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, operational costs, and business health with executive management.
• Lead weekly & monthly performance reviews and ensure strict execution of action plans.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.

• 5+ years of experience in General Management, Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Management.
• Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and scaling operational workflows.
• Strong expertise in KPIs, SOPs, process optimization, sales pipelines, and distribution network control.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial / Owner's mindset with a strong focus on execution and accountability.
• Industry background: Mobile Accessories, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
