Key Requirements:
• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience as a General Manager within a plastic manufacturing company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, production, and industrial operations.
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing operations and achieving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience overseeing production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and operational functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
