We are looking for an accomplished General Manager Real Estate to lead and grow our real estate portfolio, with a mandate to establish a new brokerage unit and drive the division's expansion across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across leasing, sales, and asset/property management for the real estate portfolio
- Set up and scale a new in-house brokerage unit, including licensing, team build-out, and go-to-market strategy
- Drive leasing performance across malls (retail), residential, and office/commercial assets in Dubai
- Own full P&L responsibility for the division — revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute expansion plans, including new asset acquisition, market entry, and portfolio diversification
- Build strategic relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, brokers, and government/regulatory bodies (DLD, RERA)
- Lead, mentor, and scale the real estate team to support growth objectives
- Report directly to Group leadership on performance, market positioning, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in real estate, with proven exposure to retail (mall), residential, and office leasing in Dubai
- Demonstrated experience setting up or running a brokerage operation, including RERA/DLD licensing familiarity
- Strong track record in P&L ownership and driving commercial performance
- Experience leading expansion/growth strategies within a real estate portfolio or group
- Deep understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and regulatory landscape
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; RERA certification preferred
