Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead real estate operations in Dubai. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in the UAE real estate market, with proven expertise in driving sales performance, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing operations, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to scale the business in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee client acquisition, property listings, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

Marketing Oversight

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on branding, lead generation, and property promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to strengthen digital presence and campaign performance.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and comply with market regulations.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations including sales processes, client engagement, administration, and compliance.
  • Establish and implement systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency and coordination.
  • Monitor operational performance and continuously improve internal processes.
  • Manage office administration, resource allocation, and company assets.

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement long-term growth and expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
  • Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior leadership.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of UAE real estate experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, developers, property regulations, and immigration-related processes.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
