Restaurant Operations
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and resolving service challenges promptly.
- Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are consistently implemented.
Commercial Performance
- Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and profitability.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency without compromising the guest experience.
Compliance & Business Standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control.
- Maintain operational reports and support continuous improvements across the business.
Brand & Business Growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
- Stay informed of hospitality trends and evolving guest expectations within the premium Mediterranean dining sector.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high-end Mediterranean restaurant.
- Strong track record managing luxury dining operations.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational excellence and business performance.
