The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of the limousine company. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, fleet efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Oversee daily limousine operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and fleet utilization
Ensure timely, safe, and professional transportation services
Maintain service standards and improve operational efficiency
Fleet & Asset Management
Manage company fleet, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, and registration
Ensure vehicles meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirement
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors
Sales & Business Development
Develop strategies to increase corporate accounts, partnerships, and bookings
Identify new market opportunities and service enhancements
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, hotels, travel agencies, and corporate partners
Customer Experience & Quality Control
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated complaints
Implement service improvement initiatives
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with local transport authority regulations and licensing requirements
Implement safety policies and driver compliance programs
Maintain accurate operational and legal documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 57 years of experience in transportation, limousine, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent financial, operational, and organizational abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management systems
