About 200 Health
200 Health is a data-driven health and longevity platform designed to simplify how people understand and improve their health. Using advanced blood testing and Biological Age analysis, the platform translates complex health data into clear visual insights and personalised recommendations.
The customer journey spans testing, biomarker analysis, actionable health insights, and recommendations across lifestyle optimisation, supplements, IV therapies, peptides, and advanced protocols. All medical decisions and treatments are delivered independently through partner clinics.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial General Manager to lead 200 Health through its next stage of growth. This individual will operate as the business owner, with end-to-end accountability across strategy, commercial growth, operations, partnerships, customer experience, product execution, team building, and financial performance.
This is not a traditional operational GM role. It requires a builder who can launch, scale, and continuously improve a fast-moving health business while working closely with the founders and functional leaders.
Core Accountabilities
- Own the overall strategy, execution, growth, and P&L of 200 Health.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans covering revenue, customer acquisition, retention, operations, and profitability.
- Build 200 Health into a scalable consumer health and longevity business across the UAE, with a foundation for expansion into additional markets.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans, owners, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
Commercial Growth & P&L Ownership
- Define and optimise the commercial model, pricing, packaging, memberships, and revenue streams.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue across B2C, corporate wellness, memberships, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Build strategies for repeat testing, retention, referrals, customer lifetime value, and recurring revenue.
- Identify new product and service opportunities based on customer demand, market insight, and business performance.
- Own budgets, forecasts, unit economics, contribution margin, and overall financial performance.
- Build management dashboards covering revenue, CAC, conversion, retention, repeat testing, customer satisfaction, margins, and operational performance.
Customer Experience & Product
- Own the full customer journey - from discovery and booking through blood collection, results, insights, recommendations, partner-clinic experiences, and ongoing engagement.
- Ensure every touchpoint feels simple, premium, trusted, and highly engaging.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to improve the digital experience and translate complex health information into clear actions.
- Use customer feedback, behavioural data, and service metrics to remove friction and improve conversion, satisfaction, and retention.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with clinics, laboratories, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and other ecosystem partners.
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements with clear service standards, economics, accountability, and governance.
- Build a dependable partner network capable of supporting quality delivery and future geographic expansion.
Operations, Governance & Scale
- Design scalable operating processes, service standards, escalation paths, and performance controls.
- Identify bottlenecks across the customer and partner journey, then implement practical solutions.
- Ensure appropriate governance, quality, risk management, and compliance across the business.
- Maintain a clear separation between 200 Health insights and recommendations and the independent medical decisions and treatments delivered by healthcare providers.
- Work closely with Group functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Technology.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and lead the core 200 Health team as the business scales.
- Create clear organisational accountability, decision rights, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Build a high-ownership culture that combines speed, customer empathy, commercial discipline, and operational excellence.
- Coach leaders and teams while remaining willing to work hands-on when the business requires it.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of professional experience, including significant leadership and P&L responsibility.
- Experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Head, Country Manager, COO, founder, or senior commercial/operational leader.
- A strong track record of building or scaling a consumer-facing business and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Experience in digital health, longevity, wellness, healthcare, diagnostics, consumer technology, or another high-growth consumer business is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business economics, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and channel performance.
- Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Strong product mindset and understanding of digital customer journeys.
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions using data.
- Able to move fluently between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Entrepreneurial mentality, strong ownership, sound judgement, and a bias toward action.
- Experience operating in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months, the General Manager will have established a clear operating and commercial model, built a high-performing core team, materially grown the customer base and revenue, secured key clinical, laboratory, and commercial partnerships, improved repeat engagement, and created a scalable platform for expansion.
Measures of Success
- Revenue growth and quality of revenue
- Customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Repeat testing, membership adoption, and customer lifetime value
- CAC, contribution margin, and overall unit economics
- Customer satisfaction, trust, and service quality
- Partner performance and ecosystem growth
- Operational reliability, speed, and scalability
- Team performance and organisational capability
Leadership Mindset
The right candidate will treat 200 Health as their own business: setting a clear direction, making disciplined trade-offs, staying close to customers, and creating value through both strategy and execution. They will be motivated by the opportunity to build a trusted, category-defining health and longevity platform from the UAE.
Important Note
200 Health provides health insights and recommendations only. All medical decisions and treatments are delivered by independent healthcare providers.
