Act as a core driver of Landmark Group's Strategic Projects team, partnering directly with executive leadership to transform the core business operations, identify new growth avenues, and enable strategic clarity for business.
- Project ownership: Lead and manage key strategic projects and initiatives, acting as a trusted internal advisor to C-level executives, across Landmark Retail
- Complex Problem Solving: Leverage structured problem solving and analytical skills to deconstruct ambiguous business problems, translating vast amounts of internal data and external market intelligence into actionable strategic insights and recommendations for business
- Market & Growth Intelligence: Drive comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify white space opportunities, new business models, and areas for operational efficiencies
- Executive Communication: Synthesize complex findings into compelling, executive-ready narratives, building and delivering high-impact presentations to influence business decisions and secure buy-in from leadership
- Strategy to Execution: Bridge the gap between strategy formulation and execution. Partner with key business leaders to design implementation roadmaps, establish KPIs, and govern the delivery of strategic projects to ensure sustenance, and value realization for business
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships across diverse Brands, Countries, and group functions to effectively drive business value as part of project delivery
- Team Development: Act as a mentor and guide to junior members of the team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and structured thinking
Candidate Requirements
- Education: MBA from a top-tier/prestigious business school.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, with a strong foundation in top-tier management consulting OR a central corporate strategy/internal consulting role within a large, complex multinational
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Retail, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Goods is highly preferred
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, and hypothesis-driven problem solving. (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory)
- Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; Proven ability to confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Agility & Ambiguity: High learning agility with the capacity to wear different thinking hats. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and seamlessly pivoting across various strategy domains
- Execution Mindset: A track record of not just designing strategy but successfully driving change management and overseeing the implementation of large-scale initiatives
