Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business Growth- Develop and execute the overall business strategy in line with company and group objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities across leisure, corporate, inbound, outbound, MICE, and destination services.
- Drive business expansion, product diversification, and competitive positioning in the UAE and regional markets.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
P&L Management & Financial Performance- Hold full ownership of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
- Set and track financial KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure effective pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract optimization to maximize margins.
- Present regular financial and performance reports to senior leadership / board.
Operations & Service Excellence- Oversee end-to-end operations across all travel and tourism verticals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of sales, operations, customer service, ticketing, and back-office teams.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiencies to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and quality controls across the business.
Sales, Commercial & Partnerships- Lead and support sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tourism boards, suppliers, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate and manage key commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty through differentiated offerings and service quality.
People Leadership & Culture- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across functions.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a performance-driven, customer-centric culture.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure effective workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
Governance, Compliance & Risk- Ensure full compliance with UAE tourism regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance frameworks, and ethical standards.
