GENERAL MANAGER

This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader capable of combining uncompromising guest experience with commercial performance, brand positioning and extraordinary people leadership.

A General Manager who does not simply operate a five-star property.

THE MISSION

You will assume full leadership of the property, taking responsibility for:

Guest Experience. People. Brand. Operations. Commercial Performance. P&L.

Your mission will be to position the property among Dubai's most recognised luxury hospitality destinations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS & P&L

• Assume full responsibility for the property's financial and operational performance
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Drive revenue, GOP and profitability
• Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and key commercial indicators
• Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B and ancillary services
• Ensure disciplined cost management without compromising the luxury experience

LUXURY OPERATIONS

• Oversee all hotel operations
• Ensure exceptional standards across Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Spa and supporting functions
• Establish operational standards aligned with international luxury benchmarks
• Personally oversee critical VIP and high-profile guest experiences
• Drive continuous improvement across every guest touchpoint

PEOPLE & CULTURE

• Lead and inspire the Executive Committee
• Build a high-performance leadership culture
• Attract outstanding international hospitality talent
• Develop succession plans for critical positions
• Ensure strong engagement across a multicultural workforce
• Create an environment where excellence becomes a daily habit

COMMERCIAL & BRAND

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams
• Strengthen the property's positioning within Dubai's competitive luxury market
• Build relationships with international partners, luxury travel networks and key stakeholders
• Develop innovative experiences capable of generating visibility and loyalty
• Represent the property within the local and international hospitality ecosystem

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are interested in meeting exceptional hospitality executives with:

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience
• Significant General Manager / Hotel Manager leadership experience
• Proven background within luxury or ultra-luxury 5 hospitality
• Full P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of rooms and F&B operations
• Proven commercial and revenue management mindset
• Experience managing large multicultural teams
• Strong track record in guest experience
• International career exposure
• Excellent English
• Previous Middle East experience will be considered a strong advantage

Pre-opening, repositioning or major transformation experience will be particularly valued.

BUT WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE THAN EXPERIENCE.
