We Are Hiring | General Manager – Ultra Luxury Hotel (Western Region, Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven General Manager to lead a premier ultra-luxury property as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring the delivery of bespoke guest experiences and operational excellence aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations while maintaining elite luxury hospitality standards

• Manage VVIP guest relations, royal delegations, and personalized guest experiences

• Drive financial performance, including RevPAR, budgeting, and ROI optimization

• Lead and develop high-performing teams with a strong focus on Saudization

• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and cultural standards within the Western Region

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a Luxury / Ultra-Luxury hotel environment

• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury hospitality market and bespoke service culture

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• Fluent in English; Arabic is considered a strong advantage
