General Manager, Wellness Dubai

Waring Wellbeing Hospitality is an international advisory and management company specialising in next-generation wellness, hospitality and lifestyle concepts globally.  This role sits under our wellness management brand, Journée Wellbeing, Journée's debut managed property.

We are hiring a General Manager, Wellness to lead one of Dubai's most ambitious upcoming wellness destinations, opening within the 380-key Gran Meliá Dubai.

The destination serves hotel guests and external paying memberships, combining a luxury gym and health club, Jeju Pilates Reformer Studio, 432 Social Wellbeing contrast therapy, and a comprehensive spa, Hair & Beauty Salon, Bio-hacking and wellness suite, group fitness programming and premium membership activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across fitness, Jeju Pilates, 432, spa, salon and bio-hacking
• Own the full P&L, membership, PT, treatments, retail, payroll and operating costs
• Carry the membership number; acquisition, retention and lifetime value
• Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams across fitness, spa, recovery and front-of-house
• Develop programming and activations that build community and word-of-mouth

What We're Looking For:

• GM-level leadership in premium fitness, luxury wellness or hospitality-based clubs
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across fitness, spa and recovery
• Dubai-based candidates preferred; visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
