• Check and ensure all the plant areas are working as per set specification on their shift
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in hotel repairs and maintenance
• Ability to repair and maintain electrical, a/c air handling units, PLC, BMS
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment
