Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in Cloud Computing to join our growing AI/ML team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions (including LLMs, RAG systems, and diffusion models) at scale.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between advanced AI research and robust cloud engineering, ensuring our generative models are efficiently trained, fine-tuned, and seamlessly integrated into production-grade cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generative AI Development

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and optimize open-source and proprietary models (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Mistral) for specific business use cases.
• Implement advanced techniques like context window management, vector embeddings, and semantic search.

2. Cloud (GCP) Infrastructure & MLOps

• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure tailored for AI workloads (compute, storage, and networking).
• Build automated end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize model inference (quantization, caching, auto-scaling) to minimize latency and cloud compute costs.

3. Data Engineering & Integration

• Collaborate with data teams to design data pipelines that ingest, clean, and format unstructured data for model training and vector databases.
• Integrate generative AI services with existing enterprise applications via robust APIs.

4. Governance & Security

• Implement cloud security best practices for AI, ensuring data privacy, guardrails against prompt injections, and compliance with data governance standards.
