Generative AI Engineer

For one of Abu Dhabi's leading investment and holding companies, we are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our on-site team in the Gulf region. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade Generative AI and multimodal systems across voice, video, and text. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production AI solutions, strong Python/Typescript skills, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop real-time voice pipelines, transcription workflows, and multimodal extraction systems
• Integrate LLMs and foundation models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) into production pipelines
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph integrations
• Deploy AI services across Azure, with exposure to GCP and optionally AWS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade AI applications, scalable and reliable

Skills and Experience:|

• Strong Python and Typescript skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, ML)
• Experience with multimodal AI (LLM is a must-have, while audio and video are nice to have)
• Proven experience in enterprise deployments or production AI projects

Nice to Have:

• GCP AI/Vertex AI experience
• Graph DBs experience
• An unstructured data experience
• Finance domain experience

This is a contract-based opportunity that may turn into a full-time job with the Client. It requires on-site presence in Abu Dhabi with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The engagement is expected to last 6-12 months.Please note that the hiring process includes a background check.
