Job Description

Are you passionate about designing and optimizing world-class customer experience solutions We are looking for an experienced Senior Genesys Cloud CX Engineer to join our CX Solutions team and play a key role in delivering and supporting enterprise-scale contact center environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions

• Build and support omnichannel customer engagement across Voice, Email, Chat, Messaging, and Digital Channels

• Develop and optimize Architect call flows, routing strategies, queues, and customer journeys

• Configure and manage outbound campaigns, dialing strategies, and contact lists

• Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with Salesforce and other business applications

• Develop integrations using APIs, SDKs, Data Actions, and automation technologies

• Support SIP trunking, carrier connectivity, and VoIP environments

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, project teams, and vendors

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX in production environments
  • Strong expertise in Architect, Routing & Queuing, Voice Services, Digital Channels, and Outbound Campaign Management
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, Data Actions, and automation capabilities
  • Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP, telephony concepts, and carrier connectivity
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
