Geographic Information System Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist to join our team and support spatial data management and analysis for projects.

This role focuses on collecting, managing, analyzing, and visualizing complex spatial data to support project closure and delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with 3D databases and extracting GIS data from Revit models, ensuring accurate spatial information for project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Mapping

Create, maintain, and update spatial databases while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

• Analysis & Visualization

Analyze spatial relationships, patterns, and trends and convert raw spatial data into maps, reports, and dashboards.

• Technical Support & Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance for GIS-related tasks, including field data collection.

• System Maintenance

Implement and maintain GIS software and hardware systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage data integration tools such as FME.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS (ArcMap / ArcGIS Pro) or QGIS
• Experience with GPS technology, spatial analysis, and remote sensing
• Knowledge of SQL, geodatabase management, and spatial data systems
• Experience working with 3D GIS databases and Revit data extraction
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
