Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering professional to lead geotechnical assessments, engineering design, and ground-related projects. This role will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

• Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and engineering design.
• Review soil, rock, foundation, and ground condition assessments.
• Develop and oversee geotechnical engineering solutions for projects.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and construction teams.
• Review technical reports, drawings, calculations, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, technical risks, and engineering quality.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and project teams.
• Support site investigations, construction activities, and problem resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or ground engineering.
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundations, slope stability, and ground improvement.
• Experience with geotechnical analysis and engineering software.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
