JUST HR is hiring German-speaking candidates for a fully remote Account Sales / Sales Development Representative position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact B2B companies in the German-speaking market by phone.
• Communicate with business decision-makers and identify potential interest.
• Introduce relevant solutions and understand the client's current needs.
• Handle initial conversations and objections professionally.
• Schedule introductory meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the conversation.

Requirements:

• German language level: C1.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills in German.
• Comfortable with phone-based sales and cold calling.
• Confident in handling conversations with business decision-makers.
• Previous sales or telesales experience is a plus.
