This is a full-time on-site role for a German Agent Sales position based in Alexandria. The agent will handle customer interactions and inquiries, provide excellent customer service, work on driving sales, and ensure all client needs are met efficiently. The role includes explaining products, assisting with purchases, and maintaining customer satisfaction while working in a team-oriented environment. Training will be provided to support excellent performance in this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Sales experience and the ability to drive conversions effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance services and willingness to learn industry concepts.
• Capability to receive and implement Training to enhance skills and achieve targets.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain professionalism during client interactions.
