Role Description This is a full-time, on-site German Business Developer role based in Qesm El Maadi. The German Business Developer will identify and qualify new business opportunities in German-speaking markets, build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, and support the full sales cycle from outreach to closing in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying target accounts, performing lead generation activities (calls, emails, social outreach), and scheduling and attending meetings or demos with potential clients. The role involves maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing proposals and presentations, and following up proactively to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers. The German Business Developer will also work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional fluency in German and very good command of English.
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
- Solid analytical skills and market research capabilities to assess opportunities, segment markets, and prioritize target accounts.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and support long-term relationships.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or managed services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to track performance and maintain accurate data.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
